Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Founding Clinical Director to lead our team in delivering exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years as a certified BCBA, with proven leadership and supervisory experience. You will thrive in a startup environment and work autonomously to help establish and grow our clinical programs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the executive team on the development and implementation of clinical programs in alignment with our mission and values.
• Oversee staff onboarding and training to ensure clinical excellence.
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and professional development for clinical staff, including BCBA candidates, BCaBAs, and RBTs.
• Monitor supervision metrics across the clinic to ensure BACB compliance.
• Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and generate progress reports.
• Develop and monitor skill acquisition plans, behavior intervention plans, and caregiver support plans.
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Conduct functional assessments, functional analyses, or IISCAs as needed.
• Perform documentation audits, including session notes, reports, and treatment plans.

Qualifications:
• Certified BCBA with minimum 3-5 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.
• Strong commitment to evidence-based practice and ethical standards.
• Ability to thrive in a startup environment with a high degree of autonomy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• LBA Flagship Clinic - Holly Springs, GA (open to discussion of relocation)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
