Setting: K-12 Special Education Co-Op
Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to student needs
Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and administrators to implement and monitor behavior strategies
Provide training and coaching to staff on behavior management techniques and data collection
Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data-driven outcomes
Participate in team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as needed
Qualifications/Experience:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Demonstrated experience working in school or special education settings preferred
Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
Strong organizational and communication skills
Commitment to supporting students with diverse learning and behavioral needs
