RBT Responsibilities
• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Attend supervision sessions, phone calls, and team meetings as needed
• Collect accurate data using our electronic system (training provided)
• Engage positively with clients and their families
Qualifications
• RBT Certification (Required)
• Minimum 8 months of ABA therapy experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professionalism under pressure
• Active listening and problem-solving skills

• Do you have a valid RBT Certification?
• Have you worked as an ABA Therapist for at least 8 months?

Responsibilities
- •Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM
- •Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
- •Attend supervision sessions, phone calls, and team meetings as needed
- •Collect accurate data using our electronic system (training provided)
