Supervisory Roles:
• May supervise university students
Position Responsibilities:
• Participates as a member of the program team to provide initial and ongoing speech- therapy evaluations for students/clients.
• Utilizes professional knowledge/skills as a member of the program team to develop goals to assist clients/students with speech and language challenges that impede communication and socialization.
• Provides direct, indirect and group speech-language therapy to clients/students to support their behavioral and educational programs.
• Develops and prepares materials as needed to support students/clients programs goals.
• Ensure proper documentation is maintained and filed according to their educational and behavior plan. (IEP’s/progress reports etc.)
• Participates with other key staff on Center teams.
• Attends required meetings and trainings as assigned.
• Stays updated on current research and methodologies for clients/students served at the Center.
• Follows the written policies/procedures as documented and keeps administration updated on staff schedule changes.
• Manages and supervises speech students/interns as needed.
• Maintains licensure requirements.
• Maintains Center and client confidentiality.
• Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.

Qualifications
- •Completion of a Masters Degree in Speech-Language Therapy and current licensure in Ohio
- •Demonstrates effective communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with teams
- •Demonstrates leadership, management and organizational skills
