Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related field, ideally within supply chain or warehouse operations
  • Experience with pharmaceutical supply chain processes and warehouse operations
  • Strong knowledge of GxP guidelines, regulatory requirements, and quality standards
  • Experience with Inventory Management Systems and operational systems
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train and guide staff
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in international teams
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and risk assessment capabilities
  • English proficiency: Full professional fluency (C1–C2 level)

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the management, organization and execution of clinical supply chain operations, including investigational medicinal products, commercial pharmaceutical products, and clinical trial supplies
  • You will ensure all activities are conducted in line with cGxP standards, company procedures, and client requirements, while leading and supporting operational teams to achieve high performance
  • Represent SanaClis at the highest professional and ethical level in all interactions with authorities, clients, and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards, SOPs, and project-specific requirements
  • Manage and oversee clinical supply chain operations, including receipt, storage, and distribution activities
  • Allocate operational staff based on business and manufacturing needs
  • Ensure sufficient staffing levels and manage day-to-day workforce planning (vacations, shifts, workload)
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate operational staff to meet performance and quality objectives
  • Participate in audits and inspections, ensuring readiness and compliance
  • Support urgent product recalls (actual and mock) in collaboration with Quality and relevant stakeholders
  • Act as Vendor Manager, supporting vendor oversight and performance evaluations
  • Monitor inventory systems and ensure accurate documentation and archiving
  • Organize and deliver training and re-training of operational staff as needed
  • Identify, report, and support resolution of deviations, CAPAs, and operational risks
