School-Based Behavior Technician (BT) | Up to $27/hr | Monday-Friday School Schedule | Pasadena, CA

Up to $27/hr paid weekly | Full-Time & Part-Time | School-Based Position

Looking for a role with steady weekday hours and the opportunity to work directly with students? Covelo Group is hiring School-Based Behavior Technicians (BTs) in Pasadena, CA. This position is a great fit for candidates with experience in ABA, behavioral support, special education, childcare, or classroom settings who want to help students succeed throughout the school day.

You'll work alongside teachers and school staff to support positive behaviors, reinforce classroom expectations, and help create a productive learning environment.

What You'll Do
• Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students
• Reinforce positive behaviors and classroom expectations
• Follow behavior plans and intervention strategies
• Support students working toward IEP and 504 plan goals
• Track progress and communicate updates to school staff
• Help maintain a positive and structured classroom environment

What You'll Bring
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in ABA, behavior support, special education, childcare, or related settings preferred
• Ability to remain patient, consistent, and professional throughout the school day
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• BLS certification preferred
