This is a full-time, on-site position for a Front Desk Assistant, located in Broomfield, CO.
The Front Desk
Assistant will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, managing incoming calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while helping maintain efficient office operations and supporting the clinical staff, while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and customer service. Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to create a welcoming environment
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite Experience in Administrative Assistance and performing Receptionist Duties in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
Proven organization and time management skills
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Prior experience in a clinical, research, or healthcare setting is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent Compensation and Benefits
$23-$25 per hour
