Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Counselor at the BA/MA level to join our dynamic behavioral health team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive mental health services to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and individuals with developmental disabilities. Your expertise will help clients navigate emotional challenges, manage mental health conditions, and develop coping strategies through evidence-based therapies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives while working in a supportive and innovative environment. All positions are paid, including internships, emphasizing our commitment to valuing every contributor.
Must be willing to travel to surrounding areas.
· MFTi/MSWi are encouraged to apply!
· Recent/Soon to be Psychology/Education grads (3.0+), training provided!
You will be blending psychology principles and therapeutic techniques with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to teach skills across developmental domains. It’s an opportunity to be there when it matters!
· Training Rate is 25 an hour.
· Certificant Rate up to 30 an hour.
· Well qualified applicants up to 35 an hour after 3 months of employment.
· Full time and part time positions available.
Zero tolerance for passive aggressive or toxic/dysfunctional behaviors.
Ideal Candidate will hold:
· A Bachelor’s degree in the field of psychology or education (or working towards)
· MFTi/MSWi are strongly encouraged to apply!
· CPR/First Aid Certificate
· Experience with Mental Health
· Experience as a tutor or coach
· Great Customer Service
· Experience with children/adolescents with disabilities
· Comfortable in stressful situations
· Positive Attitude
