Your Role as a Behavior Technician (BT)

In this role, you will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in a home-based setting under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will help children build essential communication, social, and daily living skills through structured interventions and play-based learning.

Key Responsibilities
• Implement individualized ABA programs developed by your supervising BCBA
• Support skill development in communication, behavior, and independence
• Collect accurate and consistent session data
• Communicate progress updates with your clinical team
• Complete timely and detailed session documentation
• Build positive, professional relationships with clients and families
• Follow all clinical, ethical, and confidentiality guidelines

What We’re Looking For
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and a patient, positive approach
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently in home settings
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Willingness to learn and grow in the ABA field
• Active RBT certification is a plus, but not required (training support available)

Schedule
• Part-time positions available
• Afternoon and after-school hours (Monday–Friday)
• Occasional weekend availability based on client needs
• Approximately 15–25 hours per week, depending on availability

Compensation

$20–$25 per hour
