You will be part of TheraTrooper, Inc., an Ensign affiliated company and part of a group of independently operated skilled nursing facilities with long term care, post-acute rehab, and outpatient therapy.

Duties:
• Effectively screens/evaluates patients within short-term and long-term rehab and opportunity for outpatient
• Utilizes standardized assessments and evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients within short and long-term settings
• Administers a wide variety of interventions as part of the plan of care based upon individual patient needs
• Assesses patient’s progress and adjust treatments accordingly in the clinical record per regulatory and clinical practice requirements
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to the physical disorders
• Effectively communicates with the OneClinical Team regarding patient progress and barriers
• Provides comprehensive discharge summary of services provided per regulatory and clinical requirements
Qualifications:
Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
This position is open to SLPs at all experience levels.
