Job Description

Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Fayetteville, NC clinic.

This is a full‑time, primarily clinic‑based opportunity for a BCBA seeking strong clinical support, ethical billable expectations, and a clear path for leadership growth.

Our BCBAs are supported by experienced clinical and operational leadership, allowing them to focus on delivering exceptional care while maintaining a healthy and manageable caseload.

Responsibilities
• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Design and oversee ABA programming and behavior intervention plans
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate
• Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
• Support clinic initiatives and promote clinical excellence

Schedule:

This is a full‑time position requiring reasonable flexibility in work hours to meet client, clinical, and operational needs. Schedules are generally aligned with clinic operations, with occasional adjustments as necessary to ensure continuity of care, regulatory compliance, staff support, and operational effectiveness.

Hybrid flexibility may be considered for candidates able to maintain at least 50% onsite presence.
Requirements
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Must be eligible to practice in North Carolina
• Prior ABA clinical experience preferred
• Previous supervision or leadership experience preferred but not required
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership potential
• Passion for improving outcomes for children with autism and their families
