We are looking for a clinician who is organized, proactive, and passionate about helping children build communication skills. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with families, brings a positive and professional presence to therapy sessions, and values continued clinical growth.

This role provides strong mentorship and the opportunity to expand your experience across pediatric speech and language therapy while contributing to a practice dedicated to high standards of care.

Responsibilities
• Implement speech and language therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed SLP
• Provide engaging therapy sessions for pediatric clients with a variety of communication needs
• Collect data and document therapy sessions accurately and efficiently
• Support progress monitoring and therapy preparation
• Communicate professionally with the supervising SLP regarding client progress
• Maintain organized documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards
• Foster a positive and supportive environment for children and families

Qualifications
• Active California SLPA license required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or related field
• Experience working with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
• Ability to take initiative and work collaboratively with supervising SLP
