Qualifications
- •Extreme Temperature: Working in rotation through extreme temperatures (–10F to 100F) is required to keep our food safe!
- •Heavy Weights: Reach, bend, and stoop while lifting up to 65 pounds per case during most of your shift
- •Education: High School Diploma or GED
- •Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking): to safely follow verbal instructions, complete documentation and paperwork, and accurately interpret labels, pick lists, scanner prompts, signage, and company communications

Responsibilities
- •As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role that directly impacts the success of Chick-fil-A restaurants
- •4-Day Workweek (4, 10-hour days)
- •The schedule will be assigned according to business needs, and flexibility is needed during weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts
- •As a Warehouse Associate, you are a key driver in the efficiency, organization, and cleanliness of the warehouse
- •Efficiency and Organization: You’ll be on your feet, actively engaging with unloading, staging, picking and loading products
- •Safety First: Safely operating machinery like forklifts and pallet jacks and keeping our warehouse clean and safe
- •Communication and Care: Connecting with care with everyone you come in contact with
- •Additional Opportunities and Professional Development: Other duties and growth opportunities may also be assigned
- •Occasionally you will use mechanical assistance to move up to 2,000 pounds
