Job Description
primarily responsible for:
• Helping adults with autism in a residential home setting go to bed.
• Checking in on them hourly throughout the night.
• Documenting and collecting accurate and thorough data.
• Doing a variety of deep cleaning tasks at the home.
• Giving the people we support full and prompt attention if they wake up.
EMPLOYEES MUST BE ABLE TO STAY AWAKE AND ALERT THE ENTIRE NIGHT.
We do help our clients with personal hygiene (toileting & showering). We provide you with all the paid training you need to perform this job.

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English

• Reliable transportation to work
• Ability to lift 50 pounds from the floor
• Basic computer skills (Slack, Note Taking, Smart Phone Usage)
• Be outgoing, friendly, and have a positive attitude
• A desire to help individuals with Autism and special needs

Responsibilities
