Job Description
s:
• Texas & Oklahoma $25.00 per hour
• Colorado $28.50 per hour, based on experience.
• Hourly Pay:
• 15 Days PTO + 7 Paid Holidays.
• Paid fees for CPR/BLS certification.

• Obtain both indirect and direct supervision hours.

Essential Job Requirements:
• Assisting with indirect supervision tasks for a caseload of learners.
• Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs respective caseload.
• Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts and provide staff and caregiver training.
• Assist BCBA with parent emails and analyze client data.
• Research literature related to client programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.
Qualifications:
• Required: Master Level Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field (or within 6 months of graduation)
• Required: Active RBT Certification.
• Required: Reliable transportation.
• Required: Minimum of 60% of BACB Supervision requirements completed.
