Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one behavioral support services to an adult client with Autism, using evidence-based strategies
• Support skill development focused on independence, daily living, and positive behavior
• Implement individualized care and behavior support plans under clinical guidance
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic systems
• Foster a respectful, supportive, and structured environment
• Collaborate with clinical supervisors and family members to support treatment goals

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to learn and a genuine interest in supporting adults with Autism
• Patience, compassion, and professionalism
• Ability to remain calm and supportive in challenging situations

Need to Knows:
• Services are provided in residential or community-based settings
• All positions start part-time
• Encouraged to complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training
• Minimum 6-month commitment required
