The Staff Pad has partnered with a leading behavioral health organization to hire a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a clinic-based role in Arlington, Texas.
Position Overview
The BCBA will oversee the development and implementation of individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans while providing clinical supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). This role focuses on clinical quality, client progress, and collaboration with families.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans
• Analyze client data and modify programming to ensure meaningful progress
• Provide clinical supervision and training to RBTs
• Collaborate with caregivers through parent training and ongoing communication
• Create transition and discharge plans as appropriate
• Ensure compliance with BACB guidelines, HIPAA, and payer requirements
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and on time
• Participate in clinical meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration
Requirements
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
• Active BCBA certification (BACB)
• Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to work onsite during business hours; travel as needed
Work Environment
Clinic-based, fast-paced setting
Regular movement throughout the center
Possible exposure to aggressive client behaviors
Moderate to loud noise levels
