Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct care and supervision
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Implement behavior support plans
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Ensure resident safety and well-being
• Follow Community Mental Health (CMH) guidelines
🔹 Requirements
• Experience working with high-behavior autistic population
• Flexible availability (weekdays, weekends, holidays)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a criminal background screening
• Active CPR & First Aid certification
• Updated TB screening
• Medical clearance
• Must obtain all required CMH certifications within 30 days of hire
🔹 Desired Experience
• Previous experience as a Direct Care Worker, DSP, Caregiver, or Behavioral Technician
• Experience implementing behavior plans
• Experience in residential or group home settings
• 1+ year preferred (not required if strong behavioral experience)
