We need RBTs located in Port Charlotte and North Port
• Overview*

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral therapy services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
• Responsibilities*

- Work directly with individuals diagnosed with autism to implement behavior intervention plans

- Collect data on observable client behavior

- Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs

- Collaborate with supervisory staff to assess client progress and modify treatment strategies as needed

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Skills*

- Experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism

- Proficiency in data collection and analysis

- Knowledge of medical terminology related to behavioral health

- Familiarity with activities of daily living (ADLs)

- Understanding of behavioral therapy techniques

- Ability to educate clients and caregivers on treatment plans

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
