Qualifications
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required). Training to prepare for the RBT exam is available for those seeking the certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent (required); college coursework in psychology, education, or related fields preferred.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental differences preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check and meet all compliance requirements.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
Work Environment
• Sessions occur in clinics, and on occasion, in a community setting.
• Physical requirements may include lifting up to 25 lbs, active play, and safely managing challenging behaviors.
