Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Flexible Schedule

Looking for a BCBA role where you can focus on quality clinical care, collaborate with a supportive team, and maintain a flexible after school schedule?

One Step Forward is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support ABA services for children and families throughout White Plains, Westchester County, Rockland County, and surrounding New York areas.

This role offers the opportunity to provide meaningful clinical oversight, guide treatment planning, and support therapists while maintaining a manageable part time schedule. We are looking for a clinician who values collaboration, ethical practice, and helping children achieve meaningful progress through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

What You'll Be Doing
• Provide clinical supervision and oversight of ABA therapy services
• Review client progress and analyze treatment data
• Develop and modify individualized treatment programs
• Support implementation of skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals
• Collaborate with ABA therapists and caregivers to promote consistency across environments
• Conduct supervision sessions and clinical case reviews
• Ensure treatment plans are implemented with fidelity and aligned with best practices
• Maintain clinical documentation and compliance requirements
