Piece By Piece Behavioral Therapy is Hiring a Registered Behavior Technicians in Miami!

We specialize in using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as a tool to teach skills to children with Autism based on research in child development. Our services take place in different environments. Based on each child's needs, we visit the home, school, and/ or community. We also have a Clinic based in Kendall, FL.

A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a professional who works under the supervision of a BCBA. At this ABA job level, the Registered Behavior Technician is primarily responsible for direct implementation of treatment plans related to skill- acquisition and behavior reduction.

Applicants must have current PCM (Professional Crisis Management) certification or equivalent safety-management training. Experience implementing behavior intervention plans and safely responding to challenging behaviors is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities and Duties
• Collects treatment plan data
• Applies feedback and training on Registered Behavior Technician performance given by the lead BCBA
• Provides behavior support
• Attends a variety of training sessions and other related company meetings
• Adheres to applicable laws, rules, and regulations specified by regulatory agencies
• Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications*
• Highschool Diploma
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
• Registered Behavior Technician with the BACB
• At least 1 year experience working as a RBT w/ children
• At least 1 year experience of PCM-training or Safety-training
• Availability between 9 AM to 6:30 PM Preferred*

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
