Your Role As a BCBA At Compass
As a Compass BCBA, you will:
• Work with a small caseload of 6-11 clients, allowing you to focus on quality over quantity.
• Use evidence-based ABA and complementary practices to oversee treatment plans, train caregivers, and enhance family engagement to maximize impact and results.
• Coordinate care and maintain accurate documentation using our streamlined systems.
You'll have the opportunity to work in a diverse range of settings (home, community, and clinic) while receiving ongoing mentorship and support to grow professionally.

• Master’s degree in a related field.

• Experience working with children or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder is preferred.
