Flexible Scheduling

Our Speech Language Pathologist will provide speech therapy evaluation and treatment services to children ages 0-21 years as prescribed by a physician. Collaborate with administration and other disciplines involved in the child’s care to promote consistent and quality services for children and families.

Evaluate children using appropriate testing protocols, tools, etc. to follow funding guidelines for each particular child.

Schedule children on caseload by contacting the parent/guardian.

Provide therapy services to children based on the recommended number of units from evaluations and prescriptions.

Provide therapy services in a variety of settings including home, daycare, schools, outpatient clinic, community, as well as other settings.

Provides documentation of all therapy services by locking and electronically signing weekly progress notes.

Is available to provide speech therapy services, attending meetings and conferences, and other related duties during the days and hours stipulated in the Employee Handbook and Therapist Supplement.

Be available to children and families to ensure continuity of care and proper management of treatment.

Respond positively to feedback concerning job performance.

Demonstrate continued growth in therapeutic skills through learning, knowledge, and application.
