Job Description

You will collaborate closely with a supportive interdisciplinary team while making a meaningful impact on the children and families we serve.
Position Details:
• Full-time, W-2 employment
• Base salary: $100,000-$110,000 between base salary & monthly bonuses
• Director billable expectation: 10–15 hours per week
This position is ideal for a BCBA leader with a strong clinical foundation, excellent relationship-building skills, and a desire to help expand and strengthen in-home ABA services within the local community.

Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for in-home ABA services in the Columbus, GA area
• Supervise, mentor, and support BCBAs and RBTs, ensuring high-quality service delivery
• Oversee the implementation and integrity of behavior intervention plans in accordance with BACB and payer standards
• Maintain clinical compliance, documentation accuracy, and ethical practice
• Collaborate with operations and leadership teams on program development and branch growth
• Build and maintain professional networks and community partnerships to increase awareness of services and drive referrals
• Monitor caseloads, staffing needs, and clinical outcomes to support sustainable growth
• Balance leadership duties with 10–15 billable hours per week
• Communicate regularly with families, clinicians, and internal leadership regarding program performance and needs
Qualifications:
• Active BCBA certification in good standing (required)
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• 3–5+ years of ABA clinical experience, including supervisory and leadership experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop clinical teams
• Strong skills in networking, relationship-building, and community outreach
• Experience with in-home ABA service models
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical and operational decisions
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (Currently 100% homebased services)
