Job Description

Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and we'll help train you! . . . Responsibilities include:. - Provide 1:1 therapy based on individualized treatment plans (under BCBA supervision) . - Teach and reinforce communication, social and daily living skills. - Build positive relationships with clients and families. - Collect data and track progress. - Collaborate with BCBAs and team members. - Maintain accurate session documentation. . Requirements include: . - Highschool diploma. - Lift, sit, stand, crouch, squat and move with young children and adults. - Consistent attendance and punctuality. - Care-giving experience (this does not need to be ABA experience and volunteer, schooling or personal experience is valid). . . Our ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with children with autism and the special needs community. They are motivated to make a difference and are interested in learning more about the field of ABA.

Qualifications

  • While ABA therapy experience is not required, childcare or caregiving experience is required
  • Highschool diploma
