Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred
- Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and implement strategies effectively
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Skills:
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Ability to effectively manage challenging behaviors using positive reinforcement strategies
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Excellent observation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Responsibilities
- •Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- •RBT must collect data on client progress and behavior
- •With the help of the BCBA, the BT will assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- •ABA Therapist will provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients
- •Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills
- •Assist with community outings and activities
- •Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment approach
