Job Description

an (RBT), you'll play a vital role in our team, supporting our mission to empower families and individuals through evidence-based compassionate play based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Job Summary:

We're seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians (BT) or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our dynamic team! As an RBT, you'll work closely with our board-certified behavior analysts to \ implement individualized programs for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
• Implementing behavior intervention plans in a variety of settings, including home, school, and community locations
• Collecting and recording data on client progress and behavior
• Collaborating with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and modify treatment plans
• Providing a supportive and engaging environment for clients to thrive
• Participating in training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices

Requirements:
• High School Dipolma or GED
• Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) or BCAT certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire)
• Ability to work with clients of varying ages and abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
