As a Child Behavioral Support Technician, you will:
• Provide one-on-one direct care to learners aged 18 months to 21 years, focusing on developing independent daily living skills in a center-based setting, with opportunities for home or community-based sessions depending on treatment plans.
• Collect and record data on learners' behavior to support skill acquisition and reduce distressed behaviors.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate regularly with learners' families.
• Create a safe and supportive learning environment for all learners.
• Follow individualized behavior programming.
• Adhere to prescribed diet and medication protocols.
• Complete documentation and billing accurately and on time.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Michigan driver's license.
• A strong passion for working with children.
• Experience in healthcare, mental health, behavioral health, childcare, or residential settings is preferred.
• Professional communication skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and teamwork.
• Reliability and understanding of the importance of punctuality and attendance in providing excellent service.
