Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Therapists/Registered Behavior Technician (RBTs) to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with children and individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities to implement behavioral therapy plans and support their growth and development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA), experience working with children, and a commitment to providing patient-centered care within a supportive team environment. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients’ lives through evidence-based interventions and personalized care plans.

Responsibilities
• Implement individualized behavioral therapy programs based on approved care plans and ABA principles supervised by experienced BCBAs
• Collect and record data accurately to maintain accurate information about client’s progress.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, feeding, and hygiene support
• Support clients in developing communication, social, and behavioral skills through teaching strategies esta by BCBAs.
• Support clients in managing behaviors through positive reinforcement and behavior management techniques designed by supervising BCBAs
• Ensure safety during therapy sessions by adhering to established protocols and safety guidelines

Qualifications
• High School Diploma
• Ability to provide negative TB Test
• Background Check
• No prior experience is required
• Paid 40-hour training provided
• Preferred: Experience working with children, especially those with autism or developmental disabilities
• Preferred: Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management strategies, and data collection methods
• Preferred: HiRasmus Software Data Collection Experience
• Ability to provide patient care in a compassionate manner
• Strong teaching skills with the ability to adapt strategies to individual client needs
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration within teams and with families
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support individuals’ growth and independence
