Behavior Technician / ABA Therapist (Corona, CA)

Come Together ABA Services is a play-based ABA approach focused on supporting children and teenagers with special needs in their homes. We provide individualized, comprehensive, and family focused therapy. Come Together is led by experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) that strive to make a positive change in the lives of the children’s and families we support. Join our Growing Team!
Location: We are looking for fun Behavior Technicians in the Corona, area for in-home therapy working with children.
Job Description
• Implement direct behavior therapy with children diagnosed with autism and developmental disabilities using a fun, naturalistic approach.
• Teaching children how to communicate, socialize, and play through evidence base techniques.
• Provide 1:1 support to children in various settings including, in-home, school, and/or community.
• Build relationships with families and promoting family involvement.
• Implementation of behavior plans and interventions as directed by the Clinical team.
• Target skill goals as directed by the behavior consultant and Clinical Team.
• Electronic data collection, by collecting daily data on the child's behaviors, progress with goals as directed by the clinical team.
• Attend on-going training, in-services, and other meetings as scheduled.
• To log all hours worked, obtain signatures from authorized caregivers, and submit timesheets on time.

Qualifications
• Must be willing to provide therapy in the client’s home.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree or working towards a Bachelor's degree or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• A minimum of one-year prior experience working with children.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation
• Ability to be active and sit on the ground for a long period of time.
• Ability to provide negative TB test results.
• Ability to pass FBI & DOJ fingerprinting.
• Adult/Child/Infant CPR & First Aid.
• Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
• Willing to undergo a background check, in accordance with local laws/regulations.
