Great Strides Rehab, part of the H2 Health family, is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our pediatric clinic team. In this full-time role, you'll work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver high-quality, one‑on‑one ABA therapy that helps children develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

What You'll Do
• Work directly with children in a 1:1 clinic setting under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Collect data, track progress, and help adjust behavior intervention plans
• Encourage skill development in areas like communication, social interaction, and adaptive behavior
• Foster a positive, engaging environment to promote success and learning

Requirements
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
