Role Description The Registered Behavior Tech (RBT) (In Home Providers: State wide- Oklahoma) will provide direct, one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with autism under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing behavior intervention plans, teaching new skills, collecting accurate data on client progress, and supporting positive behavior change in home, center, school, and community settings. The RBT will communicate regularly with supervisors and caregivers, participate in team meetings, and follow all clinical, ethical, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications
• Foundational knowledge and practical skills in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Experience or training in Behavioral Intervention, including implementing behavior plans and skill acquisition programs.
• Strong Communication skills for collaborating with supervisors, colleagues, and caregivers, and for documenting services clearly.
• Background or coursework in Psychology or a related human services field is preferred.
• Current RBT certification (or eligibility and willingness to obtain RBT certification within a specified timeframe).
• Ability to work with individuals across a range of ages and support needs, maintaining patience, respect, and professionalism.
• Comfort with hybrid work, including in-person sessions in Arlington, TX and remote administrative or training tasks.
• Reliable transportation to client and center locations, and ability to meet physical demands such as sitting, standing, or engaging in play-based activities.
• Commitment to ethical practice, cultural responsiveness, and ongoing professional development in ABA and autism services.
