Job Description

• CPR Certification

Job Duties:
• Supervise BTs according to Washington State Law and BACB standards
• Create programs to match client needs
• Conduct assessments such as the ABLSS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS, etc.
• Prepare treatment plans
• Conduct parent training sessions
• Run social skills group and supervise group sessions
• Run skill acquisition programs with clients
• Complete notes daily
• Collect data and graph data as instructed using Google Sheets/Google Forms
• Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients according to HIPAA and Washington state law.
• Maintain and protect the well-being of all clients during treatment sessions
• Other job duties as assigned by supervisor

Typical start time:
• 9 AM

Typical end time:
• 6 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • CBT license
  • Possess a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
  • Successful completion of criminal history background check
  • Negative TB test prior to starting with clients
  • CPR Certification
  • Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (Required)
