### **Required Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's Degree or 4 additional years of related experience.
- 6 years - Direct experience in budget development, preferably in clinical trial or medical setting.

### **Preferred Qualifications:**
- Master's Degree - Business or Healthcare Administration.
- 4 years - Research grants administration.
