Salary Range: $80,000-$115,000+ with achievable bonus potential! Relocation packages available and flexible scheduling offered.
Home-based positions are available in: Greater Birmingham, Huntsville, Mobile, Boulder, Colorado Springs, Greater Denver, Atlanta, Chicagoland, Massachusetts, and North Carolina regions.
Full-time Behavior Analysts can expect:
• Competitive salary based on experience.

Requirements:
• Current BCBA Certification and LABA if required by state.
• Master's Degree in ABA or a related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education).
• Safety Care Specialist status is required.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Experience in ABA is preferred.
• Comfort working with families and providing in-home services.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment and behavior support plans for lifelong success.
• Supervise and train Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Provide support and guidance to families in managing challenging behaviors.
• Conduct functional assessments as needed and review program effectiveness.
