Job Description
Behavior Technician team and help make a positive impact through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Position Overview
As a Behavior Technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering direct ABA therapy to children and youth aged 2-21 in various settings. Working under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will implement tailored treatment plans aimed at fostering social, behavioral, and academic development.
Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to youth aged 2-21 in home and community environments. Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior strategies designed by a BCBA. Accurately collect and log data on client progress using our designated systems. Assist clients in enhancing communication, social, and functional living skills. Maintain consistent communication with supervisors, families, and team members. Engage in ongoing training and clinical supervision sessions to improve your skills. Ability to travel to various locations almost daily. Capacity to stand for prolonged periods.
