Position Overview

As a Behavior Technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering direct ABA therapy to children and youth aged 2-21 in various settings. Working under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will implement tailored treatment plans aimed at fostering social, behavioral, and academic development.
Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to youth aged 2-21 in home and community environments. Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior strategies designed by a BCBA. Accurately collect and log data on client progress using our designated systems. Assist clients in enhancing communication, social, and functional living skills. Maintain consistent communication with supervisors, families, and team members. Engage in ongoing training and clinical supervision sessions to improve your skills. Experience working with children or individuals with special needs is highly valued. Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong ability to follow clinical guidance. Willingness to pursue RBT certification and engage in ongoing professional training. Access to reliable transportation with the ability to travel within assigned regions. Registered Behavior Technicians must maintain good standing with the BACB and comply with RBT certification regulations. Physical Requirements: Ability to operate mobile devices, smartphones, and computers with hand dexterity. Capability to lift up to 30 pounds as needed. Able to sit for extended periods of time. Ability to travel to various locations almost daily. Capacity to stand for prolonged periods.
