At ABA Provider Services, we are looking for enthusiastic Behavioral Support Specialists to provide one-on-one therapy to children on the Autism Spectrum, under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). In this role, you will implement proven strategies from Applied Behavioral Analysis to help each child achieve their personal goals and objectives.
Your caseload will be located in your preferred area of New Jersey, including Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Passaic, or Union County.
Preferred Experience: One or more of the following:
• Experience working with children with disabilities or developmental delays in roles such as Behavior Technician, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Developmental Interventionist, Child Development Specialist, Teaching Assistant, Paraprofessional, or Autism Services.
• Current school paraprofessionals are encouraged to apply for part-time positions available after school hours.
