Clinical Research Assistant

Responsibilities

• •As a Clinical Research Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with the coordination of imaging scheduling and data uploading, maintaining relationships with local research sites and coordinators, and general administrative support
• •This is a full-time position working mid-shifts, 40 hours per week
• •(90%) Research Assistance
• •Submit acquired research related scans to their corresponding imaging portals for sponsor & PI review within 24 hours
• •Provide clerical support such as sending and receiving faxes and scanning patient documentation
• •Assist with maintaining current research binders for quarterly sponsor review
• •Review and monitor any unresolved data clarification requests until resolved
• •Schedule screening and follow up visits
• •Educate study subjects about study requirements, appointment confirmations and procedure prep
• •Work with research team and technologists with subject related tasks
• •Maintain accurate records of services performed
• •Ensure confidentiality of all health information as required by Florida Statues, HIPPA, and GCP guidelines
