• •This remote role focuses on delivering high‑quality nutrition assessments and counseling, particularly for individuals living with rare and complex conditions
• •Conduct nutritional assessments via telehealth and develop individualized dietetic care plans for patients with varying disease classifications
• •Provide ongoing dietary counseling and education to patients and their families
• •Deliver nutrition services only to patients in states where you are licensed to practice
