Responsibilities:
• Scheduling TMS treatment appointments
• Administering TMS treatments according to protocols provided by prescribing provider.
• Monitor patients in the clinic during their Spravato treatments
• Enabling effective treatment by accurately positioning the TMS equipment
• Monitor all aspects of the treatment sessions for patient comfort and treatment accuracy.
• Explaining TMS procedures and its possible effects on patients, as well as answering questions.
• Creating a supportive treatment environment and demonstrating compassion.
• Assisting patients to complete psychiatric rating scales after sessions.
• Recording session notes and collaborating with certified TMS psychiatrists on patient care.
• Collaborate with a team of trained TMS technicians to deliver high-quality patient care for each patient.
• Communicate with team treatment updates for the best patient care throughout treatment.
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with patients and coworkers.

Qualifications
- •We are looking for a compassionate and capable behavioral technician to create a supportive treatment experience for our patients
- •The ideal candidate would be someone who has experience working in behavioral health and is familiar or willing to learn the TMS procedures as training will be provide
