Job Description

d Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support communication, social, and daily living skill development.

This position is ideal for individuals interested in psychology, education, behavioral health, or pediatric therapy who want meaningful, hands‑on experience working with children.
Schedule

Monday–Friday

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Clinic-based position (also open to candidates that are only available from 3-6 PM)
Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to pediatric clients ages 2–14
• Implement treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs
• Support communication, social, and daily living skill development
• Collect and document behavioral data during sessions
• Follow behavior intervention and safety plans
• Collaborate with supervising clinicians and caregivers
• Maintain professional and timely documentation

Requirements Education
• High school diploma or equivalent required
Certification
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred but not required
• BT candidates will receive paid training toward RBT certification
Qualifications
• Experience working with children preferred
• Experience in ABA, childcare, education, or behavioral health is a plus
• Professional, dependable, and compassionate
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Employees working 30+ hours per week consistently are considered full‑time.
