This is an in-person role providing 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings.

What You’ll Do
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, or community settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA
• Collect accurate session data (full training provided)
• Communicate regularly with your BCBA and care team
• Support skill development in communication, social skills, play skills, and behavior reduction
• Be a consistent, caring presence for children and families

What We’re Looking For
• RBT certified or willingness to complete certification
• Experience working with children preferred (ABA, education, childcare, etc.)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clear communication and reliability
• Ability to pass a background check
