Job Description
BCBA and RBT Positions
Compassionate Care ABA, LLC is seeking BCBAs and RBTs interested in meaningful work with adults receiving services through Maryland DDA.
This is not insurance-based ABA. Services are funded through Maryland's Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) and focus on helping adults build practical skills, increase independence, improve quality of life, and receive behavior support in real-world home and community settings.
We are looking for providers across Maryland. Opportunities may be flexible and may include part-time, contractor, or case-based work depending on provider credentials, location, availability, and current service needs.
Responsibilities may include:
• Providing behavior support services to adults with developmental disabilities and autism
• Supporting skill-building, independence, safety, and quality-of-life goals
• Collaborating with adults, families, direct support professionals, coordinators, and provider teams
• Supporting implementation of behavior plans and proactive strategies
• Completing documentation and communicating professionally with the support team
• For BCBAs: conducting assessments, developing behavior support plans, training teams, monitoring data, and providing clinical oversight as appropriate
• For RBTs: implementing behavior support strategies under appropriate supervision and supporting adults in community-based settings
Preferred qualifications:
• BCBA/LBA or RBT credential, or actively pursuing relevant ABA or human-services experience
• Interest in working with adults and DDA-funded services
• Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
• Comfort working in homes and community settings across Maryland
• Commitment to person-centered, respectful, practical support
This can be very fulfilling work for providers who want to support adults in meaningful, real-life ways outside of the traditional insurance-funded ABA model.
