liSupervise and support a team of clinicians providing behavioral health services to children and individuals with developmental disabilities./li
liConduct clinical assessments and help design individualized treatment plans./li
liOversee data collection and analysis to track patient progress and inform treatment decisions./li
liEnsure timely, accurate, and compliant documentation, including assessments, evaluations, and treatment records./li
liCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create effective, evidence-based treatment strategies./li
liMentor clinical staff and provide training on behavioral therapy best practices./li
liStay up to date with regulatory and organizational guidelines to maintain compliance across services.br/li

liCompletion of at least 12 units of a Master’s-level program in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, counseling, social work).br/li
