Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Description:
• Develop and write individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans
• Monitor client progress, behavior changes, and adjust programs to maximize positive outcomes
• Supervise clients, RBTs, and BCBA candidates in-person and/or remotely through video calls
• Create specific, observable, and measurable goals for families and staff to implement
• Collaborate with families, staff and other professionals to create a supportive environment for behavior change
• Clinically review assigned RBT session notes on a regular basis
• Conduct training for caregivers/family members to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across all environments
• Maintain open and effective communication with clients, families and staff
• Ensure all clinical documentation is completed in a timely manner and in compliance with ethical guidelines and BACB standards
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including progress notes, reports, and data sheets.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications:
• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Must be willing to obtain LBA in IN
• Experience providing services to individuals with ASD
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Attributes:
• Prioritize the care of clients and their families in all treatment and practices
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Effective written and oral communication skills to promote quality care
• Commitment to adhering to the highest ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality
