Job Description
Position: BCBA or Lead BCBA (in clinic)
We are hiring a BCBA Supervisor or Lead BCBA for our clinic in Lomita and the Long Beach area.
Location: Lomita clinic, Long Beach, Bellflower, and surrounding areas.
Availability: Mon‑Fri 8:30 am‑5:00 pm or 6:30 pm.
Hours: Full time or Part time.

Responsibilities
• Participate in a training program that provides instruction on Applied Behavior Analysis, Verbal Behavior, management of maladaptive behaviors, social skills training, and data collection.
• Implement 1:1 or group, high‑quality behavior ABA programs to clients in their homes and community settings.
• Participate in monthly training and Social Skills Groups, focusing on play and social interaction.
Requirements
• High school, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in psychology, special education, or a related field.
• Preferred:
Full‑time, 1‑year of experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with special needs clients and ABA.
• Self‑motivated; responsible; a great communicator.
• Minimum availability: 12.5 hours per week between 3:00 pm and 6:30 pm.
• Pass a background check and pre‑employment screenings.
• Meet the physical requirements of conducting sessions with young clients.
