• Certifications Requirements: BLS, NRP, FHM (must be current)
• Experience Requirements: 2+ years of obstetric nursing experience in a Level III Trauma Center
• Other Requirements: Ability to work night shifts, excellent communication skills, adaptability to float to inpatient units, proficiency with EPIC EMR, and strong assessment skills for postpartum and newborn care

Job Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive obstetric nursing care to antepartum, postpartum, and newborn patients in a Level III Trauma Center.
• Monitor laboring patients 1:1, assess fetal well-being, and manage labor progress using NICHD protocols.
• Administer medications, perform newborn assessments, and educate patients on postpartum care and infant care practices.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including OB MDs, charge RNs, and support staff, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC EMR, including FHM, NSTs, and patient vital signs, ensuring compliance with hospital policies.
