Join Our Team as a Quality Improvement Manager
The Quality Improvement Manager supports ABS Kids clinical and operations quality initiatives. This position involves identifying areas for improvement, conducting root cause analyses, collaborating with stakeholders to develop a remediation plan, and overseeing the ongoing implementation and revision of processes, policies, and training to ensure quality operations and regulatory compliance.
Our Administrative Support team members play a vital role in advancing our mission to make a difference in the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder and their families. Every team member at ABS Kids is passionate about providing best in class support to our direct care providers, who in turn deliver the highest quality ABA therapy to our clients.

What Would You Do:
• Conduct clinical, operational, and compliance audits to identify areas of risk, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, determine root causes, and prioritize quality improvement initiatives
• Partner with clinical and operational stakeholders to develop corrective action plans and sustainable process improvements
• Lead the implementation, monitoring, and ongoing refinement of quality improvement initiatives, workflows, policies, and procedures
• Develop and maintain systems for tracking quality metrics, compliance indicators, and improvement outcomes
• Design and deliver training, resources, and performance support tools to promote adherence to organizational standards and best practices
• Evaluate the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and recommend modifications based on outcomes and stakeholder feedback
• Provide regular reports, analyses, and recommendations to leadership regarding quality performance, compliance trends, risks, and improvement efforts
Who are we looking for?
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis
• Experience identifying operational, clinical, or compliance-related issues and implementing corrective action plans.
• Experience conducting root cause analyses and using data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Experience developing, implementing, and monitoring policies, procedures, workflows, and process improvements.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive organizational initiatives and achieve measurable outcomes.
• Strong project management experience with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
