Join Our Team at ABA New England – Experienced RBTs & ABA Therapists Wanted!
Are you an experienced ABA professional looking for a rewarding career where you can make a meaningful impact every day? ABA New England is growing, and we are seeking dedicated, experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Behavior Technicians (BTs), and ABA Therapists to join our team in Amherst, NH.
This is a full-time position (32–37 hours per week) providing high-quality, one-on-one ABA services to children with autism across home, school, center, and community settings.

What You'll Do
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism using play-based, structured, and naturalistic teaching strategies
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Accurately collect and record behavioral and skill acquisition data
• Effectively manage and document maladaptive behaviors using approved behavior intervention strategies
• Write clear, objective, and timely session notes
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and clinical team members to support client success
• Maintain professionalism while building strong, positive relationships with clients and families
Preferred Qualifications
• Active RBT certification strongly preferred
• Minimum 1 year of ABA experience required; 2+ years preferred
• Experience working directly with children with autism spectrum disorder
• Strong understanding of ABA principles, data collection, and behavior reduction procedures
• Ability to implement treatment plans with fidelity and work independently in the field
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
Additional Requirements
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations in Nashua, Amherst, Londonderry, Milford, and surrounding communities
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including kneeling, sitting on the floor, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and consistent availability
